The custom cast iron is nothing new. Using special technology, our designers then create detailed 3D models of the final product before moving forward.

The moulding and casting of cast iron products

Once the design is perfected we're ready to mold and cast! This is the magic corner! First we make the mold out of a special blend of sand that can withstand the hot, liquid iron. Next we pour it full of liquid iron, and allow to cool and harden. After the iron has cooled, we shatter the mold to reveal the beautiful piece inside.

A Step-by-Step Guide:

Design-The first to make it all come together is meeting with our designers to make your idea an actual product. It may be a plain structure or a more elaborate pattern.

Mold: Once the design is set, we make a mold out of a unique sand mix. This is the mould that will form the solid iron.

Casting: We are casting the molten iron into a mold, allowing it to cool. This is where the concept becomes an actual piece.

Finish: Once solidified, we will polish our cast iron piece to achieve perfection. This ensures that every detail will look great.
